Appointment Replacement Policy and Form

Revenx is committed to providing excellent appointments. We will replace 100% of prospect cancelled appointments. If you are not able to take an appointment, please reach out to you Customer Success Representative with as much heads up as possible. Our team will reach out and see if the prospect can be reassigned or rescheduled.
In regards to appointments that do not show up, we require that you do standard follow up for 48 hours. We also recommend the triple call method to really make sure you get through at your scheduled time. This is covered more in depth in our training platform.
For appointments who still do not respond after 48 hours, just go ahead and mark them as a no show in the calendar system and they will automatically be replaced in accordance with our standard replacement rates.
There may occasionally be appointments that are not booked correctly. In those cases this would be the place to request a replacement credit.
  1. For those on the state/university employee program, getting appointments that aren’t in one of your states or are a federal employee would be something we credit. If they are municipal or county, we count those as part of the state employee category.
  2. For federal if they are not a federal employee these would be replaced. Military employees are part of the federal government and count towards the federal employee category. If they work for the legislature these also count as federal employees.
  3. Please note that we do not replace people who are already retired as there are often opportunities with retired prospects.
  4. While we strive to maintain the highest standards occasionally a prospect may indicate that they never requested an appointment. Rest assured that every single person either opted in themselves or spoke to someone on our appointment setting team. If a prospect says this we do recommend you follow our training but let us know so that we can review any data on our end and make any adjustments as needed.
  5. A prospect fills in fake or bad information (a phone number that doesn’t work, or is a fax line for example).
